Individual Therapy

I offer sessions for children (10 +) and adults seeking support with emotional wellness, identity, relationships, or life transitions. Sessions are tailored to your goals and paced at your comfort level. Whether you’re navigating overwhelming stress or looking for ongoing support, we’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you.

Couples Therapy

I offer couples therapy for partners looking to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, or reconnect emotionally. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or hoping to deepen your relationship, sessions provide a supportive, neutral space to explore patterns, express needs, and work toward a healthier and more satisfying connection. All couples are welcome, and the work is always paced with care, respect, and collaboration.

Creative & Somatic Approaches

In addition to talk therapy, I am trained in Dance/Movement Therapy and integrate creative and somatic interventions when helpful. These approaches can support emotional expression, grounding, and mind–body awareness. All creative or movement-based interventions are optional.

Telehealth

In addition to in-person sessions, I provide secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy for clients located anywhere in Illinois. Virtual sessions offer flexibility and accessibility while maintaining the same level of care and connection as in-person support.
